Brought my car in because it was leaking coolant/water. Hose and gasket was replaced. Service report states that "Customer advised and declined factory maintenance or additional work recommended". This is not true. I, in fact, mentioned that at 6000+ miles that my tires were due for a rotation. I was told that the tires looked fine and didn't show signs of wear; so not necessary. I was not informed of or given any recommendations for my car. Nor did I decline a maintenance interval. No car available in the 4 days that my car was in the shop.

Gabriel with so incredibly helpful. He gave me a breakdown of all of the services my car needed and made sure I understood why they were needed. I never felt pressured to make a purchase but I walked away feeling confident that I knew everything going on with my car. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and warm. The next time I come in, I’ll specifically ask for him.

came in for 6 month service. service advisor Helen is always amazing. she not only got me in and out in a reasonable time, she also explained some technical issues I was having. since this was a different Nissan model than before, she was extremely helpful in resolving my questions.



I was originally looking for a Toyota but ended up at Nissan by accident which is crazy because I left with a car. I had a great experience. I was helped by Peter who was very friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about the car that I ended up getting and made sure I knew all the features it had which made me more confident in my decision to buy. I would recommend coming here and ask for Peter.

She advised me what the lights on my dash meant and I explained how hard it was for me find time to get service because of the hours that I worked. She made sure I got my car looked at on a Friday night and picked up Saturday afternoon. She went out of her way to make sure I understand what they fixed and it was all under warranty. Dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't expect work would be done Saturday, but hoped it would be done Monday. Not the case, as my service advisor was off on Monday. Would have been better to have a service advisor who was working on Monday. Nevertheless, car was ready Tuesday afternoon and work was completed correctly.
