This is the best Nissan dealer I have been to, hey are efficient and professional. Ms. Tiffany Baker helped me with my rogue transmission problem，which would have been difficult and time-consuming，she knew I can not live with my car in LA, engineers and her helped me check and fix the transmission in just under two days.and helped，it helped me a lot. Having excellent after-sales service is rare and valuable, and I will recommend all the students and friends I know to come here to sell or buy a car.

I brought my Infiniti G35 twice here. All staff are very helpful and friendly. They are willing to answer all my questions and discuss concerns. Two young gentlemen who I did not get names of were very helpful when it came down to figuring out an issue with my ABS. Overall I am satisfied with the service. Prices are higher than your mechanic back home but this was expected.
Went in sad needing a part came out happy with a great deal.
I called to make an appointment for oil change and David Mares returned my call right away. He booked the appointment and when I get there, my car was taken in quickly. When all is done, I used my points to pay and they accepted it with no questions asked. Thanks to David M. for the fast service!

Nissan of DTLA is a very nice friendly place, very welcoming! I went in with little to no hope and they ensure I was at the right place & gave me hope. Drove off the same day in my Infiniti Q50. I originally went in for an oil change and had them check an error on one of my radar sensors. When I went to pick up my car a few hours later, I was told the sensor system had been reset and the sensors themselves had been cleaned and that it would take care of the problem. However, the problem was not fixed. Naturally I was disappointed and I had to come back to Nissan of Downtown to rectify the situation. The second time, I arrived and the place was super busy. I would like to report a customer service issue. I had left my Nissan Altima for service with Tiffany baker on Friday March 11. I was told on Monday by Tiffany that my car had a couple of issues that needed to be fixed. Tiffany Baker was so phenomenal. I've brought my car to Nissan of DTLA before, but never have I had the type of service I experienced with her. Keep her!! She's golden. She was professional yet personable. She was very good about communicating what was going on with my car, what steps I needed to make next, and how to best care for my car in the future.
